Bought a new home yesterday. They made an offer on it last evening and he got a call last night that it was accepted. 
It's their first home and should be great for them and their Two girls. It's on "Sugarloaf" lake in Western Arkansas about Thirty minutes from Fort Smith. Sits on a acre and a half of lake front and has a pier.
Dig that tile floor and those cabinets!

The house was built in the late 80's and needs a small amount of work. But It's on a lake! Free fishing!!...I'm going to be visiting a lot.
