I cant even pull the "dream catcher" thing with my fiancee.

She knows, and is letting you have your little touch on the house as long as it isnt tacky. My girl would do the same thing. She is however considering letting me get one of those wall decals for my Commanders room.

BTW - Beautiful Home and Congrats. You havent been married very long, but it seems like a great bond, from all that I have read and seen over the months.
