The way the NFL is QB spot is going to get paid big nomatter. Lawrence is going to be what gets this team in trouble. Especially with his demands and now he's not even getting surgery. Not signing him you could sign 3 or 4 guys and draft a guy to replace him. Yes there will be a drop in sacks at the spot but you can get a bunch of guys who can do what you want to do and minimize the drop off. Depth is the key losing Lawrence and getting guys like Fowler, Spencer Brown, Sweat and Tillery would make this DL better IMO. Not saying these specific guys are what they would get but guys in this area of production and value.

Not bad for a trade Tank scenario. Appreciate the thought, effort & creativeness. I like the fact that you added several pieces to include Fowler, Sweat & Brown. It's been reported that the Rams top (and possibly only), free agent priority is re-signing Fowler. He's also said he likes playing in a 3-4. Not sure what happened to Spence, but he's fallen off the map & has had recurring shoulder issues.

Regarding the draft, not sure Tillery & Thompson are there in the mid-to-late 3rd, but stranger things have happened.

There is nothing else to do this time of year other than play amature GM so I will take a stab at it.

I like what you did with Lee, Crawford and Cooper. I even like the contract with Dak. I would also release Hurns.

I would trade Dlaw to Cleveland for Ogbah, Peppers and Duke Johnson. The thought being teaming Dlaw with Myles Garrett would make clevelands DL dominant and they have tons of cap room. We liked Ogbah, We need a safety and we have already expressed interest in Duke Johnson.

I am only going to sign one F.A. Za'darius Smith DE I am going to use the ton of leftover cash to extend Zeke, Jones and Jaylon early to try to get them at better prices.
