I think DeCastro will be gone by #14, and although I'm not a big fan of the idea, I think there's a strong possibility that we trade down with Cleveland, mebbe #14 and #81 for #22 and #37. With that in mind, here's what I've got...

(Should be noted: I have really high hopes for Killer at center.)

#22 - Stephon Gilmore (CB) - 6-0, 194 - South Carolina
Big, fast, physical press corner.

#37 - Kevin Zeitler (OG) - 6-4, 314 - Wisconsin
Polished interior offensive lineman ready to start, out of the box.

#45 - Shea McClellin (OLB) - 6-3, 260 - Boise State
Athletic, versatile linebacker who works and plays hard.

#113 - Michael Egnew (TE) - 6-5, 255 - Missouri
Big, fast and athletic all-around TE.

#135 - Derek Wolfe (DE) - 6-5, 295 - Cincinnati
Very productive defensive lineman who plays stout at the point of attack and pushes the pocket.

#152 - Danny Coale (WR) - 6-0, 201 - VPI
Slot receiver with great hands and quickness, who also returns punts.

#186 - Matt Daniels (S) - 6-0, 215 - Duke
My favorite player in the draft. Superb size, speed and cover skills. Plays sideline to sideline and whistle to whistle every single play.

#222 - Aaron Corp (QB) - 6-4, 223 - Richmond
Extremely athletic football player with a huge arm.

I like the mock.

I'm guessing you meant we take Gilmore at #22.

I think if we trade down to 22 we take Barron over a CB. I would be fine with either. Plus, I dont' see Gilmore making it to #22, he seems to be really picking up steam at the #2 CB in the draft.

Taking Zeitler probably means Beuardeau will be the center. I think they have high hopes of him being on the line somewhere.

With the trade, you still have Gilmore @ #14. I don't think Gilmore will be on the board at #22. I could see Kirkpatrick though.

Good effort with no giant hiccups.

The only thing, except for maybe Gilmore, all the players seem....meh; not bad , not great.
Who would be potential shockers to the upside? Is there a chance that all of the guys after the second pick would be off the roster in 3 years?
Harris > Coale, so don't bother taking another late round flier on a slot guy ;)

Yeh, fixed the first pick.

And I sorta agree about Gilmore.

There seem to be a lot of players rising into the top-15. I'm getting the feeling more and more that someone we never expected is going to fall into our laps.

Good mock.

I could live with Gilmore at #22. He is probably the 2nd best overall CB in this draft.

It's hard to argue with a guy that could start in 2012 in Zeitler, but I don't see his upside as any better than some guys that are already on the roster.
Big thumbs up on McClellin and Wolfe.

Interesting to hear how much you like Matt Daniels. How is he in coverage?

He is an excellent coverage safety, especially man up. The game he played against VPI was amazing, but he played like that every week.
