After reading the board for the last few days, I just wanted to write down my own thoughts. I'm just as upset and frustrated as many of you are. Yeah, we are 4-3 , it isn't what we wanted or expected but it is what it is.
I think the news that Wade is going to take over the defensive playcalling and to simplify things is a step in the right direction. It sends a message that he is being accountable.
I'm going to quote a line from the movie Rocky Balboa that I think is most fitting right now. "It ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and how much you can take and keep moving forward, that's how winning is done." In other words, let's see how this team reacts to real adversity and see if they can move forward. I think they will move forward by beating TB on Sunday.
I think that if they win Sunday and look good in all phases of the game, we'll be OK.
Now, I'll probably get flamed for trying to be positive but I have thought about this a lot and this is truly the way I feel. I have followed the Cowboys since I was six years old. I have felt the highs of Super Bowl wins and the lows of 3-13 and 1-15 seasons but I have never lost faith in this team ( just like many of you). I will always be a Cowboy fan no matter what and lets hope we can turn this around starting sunday.
Just my 2 cents.
