My "Quick Reply" results in quotes. What can I do?

This is probably the wrong forum, but I didn't know where else to put it. Every time I click Quick Reply, I get the full quote of the post I'm replying to. It only happens on my home computer. Is there some setting that will stop this from happening?

this is bull ive been getting on daily zone for over a year and now it says i cant acess thi page this site better fix this or they are gonna lose me and alot of other fans when i get done
