Way too early look at our schedule review. But it is slow, and I need something to do. LOL.
Not really predicting wins and losses, but just want to make some comments.
at Panthers, Does anyone really think they are that better than us. Other than an away game, not concerned.
Giants, at home, other than being a division game which are usually tough games, not concerned here either.
at Seahawks, we beat them there before when we were supposed to lose, we should have beat them last year if not for some coaching goofs, and Dez drops. Will still be a tough game, but no way I concede this as a loss either.
Lions, really, anyone scared here. Yes it usually turns out to be a tough game, but not going to lose any sleep over it.
at Texans, ooh, the big bad Texans that everyone loves to over rate every year, no, not scared.
Jaguars, this could be a tough game, but it is at home. Should be a fun game actually. I expect a lot of rushing yards.
And yes, I will say it...this could be touted as a SB preview.
at Commanders, being on the road, a division game, could make it tough, but come on, it is the Commanders and we have owned them.
bye
Titans, yes they made the playoffs last year, but was it by default, some team had to go from that awful division.
now this next stretch is where it could get tough
at Eagles, could be a battle for 1st place in the division at the time.
at Falcons, revenge game, but will be tough, as the Eagles game will be. If we lose both games, temporary panic will set in. Garrett will be blamed regardless is my prediction.
Commanders, home on T-Day, and it's the Commanders, may be just what the team needs after the Eagles and Falcons games..and no, I am not saying we lose those two games, just that it will b hard fought games.
Saints, never know how this team will be, but always a tough game. I think it depends on Brees, will he dictate our D, or will our D dictate him. But our O also needs to put up some points.
Eagles, this time at home, but still will be a tough game. Could decide the division.
There are 4 very tough games of 5 game stretch that could determine the division, or even playoff spot depending a lot of other things of course, but still 3 games left and all very winnable.
at Colts, should be fine here.
Buccaneers, they could be a tough team, but could be a lay up game too, but not concerned.
at Giants, could be a nothing game, could be a playoff spot or division winner game. I hope it is a mean nothing game.
When I look at the schedule, as I haven't really gone through it all that much from a game to game perspective. I don't think it is all that tough as many think it is.
We should have a better defense, and if Dak can have a year, even if it is split stat wise between his 2 seasons, and Zeke is like 2016 and the OL stays healthy, no way should we miss the playoffs.
