My Take on Hard Knocks EP 4

2. It's August in the NFL, the only excitement is real football is around the corner. Meetings.. practice.. film. Repeat

3. She is definitely over the top. lol

4. All NFL camps are cupcakes. Camp now consists of what 10 practices spread out over a month? That's the way it is now. Not sure what people are expecting to see... 2 a days, full pads, full contact? Those days are long gone. The coaches hands are tied without fines from the league office. But nothing really cupcake about football gear and the Texas heat. That's gotta be grueling.

1. Actually I am too, but 1 more to go, I will watch.
2. Most of the topics have been boring. A few good things here and there though. The drone fly through has been the best part.
But how else or what else could they do to make it less boring to some. It is still somewhat interesting at times.

5. Almost got through it without a Jerry sighting, dang it. And about the over rated Whatabugers.

I will add more.
6. They spend way too much time on bubble players.
I know they want that drama as to make the team or get cut. Too much time on Hardy, Kamara, Alacron. I think they kept Kamara for the drama of the last episode.
7. I do like the human element stuff on some things, as it shows they are not robots in film sessions or on the practice field all the time.
8. Overall, I like it because it is about the Dallas Cowboys.

I like watching Isaac's mom's enthusiasm. The same with Kamara's mom's more reserved celebrations. Love them both. If you've played sports before with family in the crowd, you have to appreciate this. Just my opinion...

Not sure what folks expected with Hard Knocks. There is so much day-to-day coverage on multiple media platforms these days, there's hardly ever anything the fans won't see/know on a given day. It's not like 2002 or even 2008 with limited day to day news/footage at the fans' disposal. That look behind the curtain is what made Hard Knocks appealing in the beginning. They simply don't have that advantage anymore.

If that is the best film they can get with 247 access this must be a really boring team. I think I miss the days of Terrell Owens or Jay Ratliff or Alonzo Spellman....maybe Marty B or someone crazy that shows how psycho they really are.

Remember McCarthy didn't want the Blue White scrimmage shown on video last year. Who knows what he doesn't want shown in the show this year?

The episode was a snoozefest. Half the ep was a closer look at a meaningless beatdown with two separate montages set to lame songs. Last week was great with the drone shot, playing spades, CeeDee interacting with Micah.

This week’s would have been better if was nothing but 45 minutes of unedited footage from Micah Parsons and LVE’s Connect Four duel.

I’d rather watch Dave Campo play Battleship vs Jason Garrett than last night’s ep.

I loved Alarcon's mom's excitement. But I live in border town, so it's maybe lost in translation and culture.

Worst hard knocks ever . Nothing says alpha dogs more than yoga with a pregnant instructor . Absolutely ridiculous .

I've kind of enjoyed it following the players that were chosen. It gives you a close-up look at what they and their families are going through. Sometimes that look isn't all that interesting, but if you had cameras on me at my job, I guarantee you'd find that a lot more boring.

And there are things to really like, such as Parsons having players over for his mom's cooking. The enthusiasm some of the veterans show for players who were likely to miss the roster (and that's just with the ones they've been showing). Hearing the coaching they are receiving on what they did wrong. Cooper and Diggs jawing at each other and Dak getting in the middle of it. ...

Maybe I'm just not bored as easily as some of you.
