My take on our needs

I totally agree that the OL needs to be addressed and it will be, but we also need to add a safety that can man centerfield. I don't see a safety coming in free agency to fill that void and it would be difficult, if not impossible, to trade for the rights to eventual draftee Eric Berry, so I hope that we can get Nate Allen from USF. Allen is a great athlete, has really good range, he tackles, and he's played with Mike Jenkins before. I say we get Allen and pursue a few offensive linemen as well.

I don't know anything about the draft, but that is intriguing that one of the top safeties in this year's draft played with Mike Jenkins. That might be worth looking into.

Personally, I wouldn't mind Taylor Mays and playing him at SS, while moving Sensabaugh to FS.

I definitely think Mays would be a force at SS...he's a big, strong kid who loves to hit, and he has the speed to recover and dominate TE's and run down RBs.

I think Sensabaugh is excellent in coverage and would have an even bigger impact from the deep patrol at FS.
