Commanders played a great game and we played poorly in all phases of the game. Team got outplayed and outcoached.

Once again Murray puts the ball on the ground near the endzone. Isn't playing smart football. Can argue that he cost us the game and in turn got Romo hurt. They were able to play all out blitz because they kept the game close. Randle decided to join Murray in putting the ball on the ground.

Offense couldn't adjust to the blitz. Worst game I've seen from Linehan and Romo (and that includes the 49ers game). Not from Romo's play, but from the ability to overcome what the defense is doing.

Not sure who made the call to throw with Weeden in the endzone, running was working, and they gave up on the run. That also helped cost us the game.

Defense has no heart and can't close out games when it matters, still no pass rush, and I was too high on Sterling Moore. He's a good guy in a pi

Division games like this are always tough, Dallas has been the inferior team in this matchup recently and won their share of these games. My takeaway isn't that the team was outcoached but that Parity-ball in the NFL is alive and well.

Some observations –

Durant was having his best game of the season, sucks he got hurt. I thought this was McClain’s worst game of the year. Its not a huge dropoff from Durant to the backups though, Monday morning rueage aside.

It’s a bad game but it’s a big deal in the big picture to have a quality backup playing for the league minimum.

The DT’s were active, Melton had 2 sacks, Crawford played well and Hayden even made several tackles ten yards from where he lined up. I really want to see what Josh Brent adds to this group. I still think this group will be much better late in the season. Spencer looks like he is training camp, which he is in some ways.

Parnell was very good in the run game and blocked his man in pass coverage, but the elephant in the room is his 2nd level assignments. We need to hear from the coaches to know how he did there.

It was good to see Wilcox with that ball awareness on the end zone pick and he is improving, but he still has a lot of work to do.

Witten is slowing down, but he is still invaluable as a coach on the field.

i don't think the defense lacks heart. i think they play hard every week. i do think they lack talent on that side of the ball.
seemed like everyone was a step late last night on both sides of the ball.
murray needs to learn when you have a first down, especially in the red zone you have to go down. it's one thing to fight thru a defender but you can't fight thru 5 of them
there is a reason moore has bounced around the league. he is a nice player to have but he is not a starter quailty player to me
