So I a bored before a meeting, thought I'd shove something out there to get some fun going from all the posters...just thought in terms of strengths down through weaknesses, where you'd rank our units...

Here's my take:

Unquestioned Strengths:
QB
TE
P

Strong:
WR (top heavy)
OLB (Ware, counting on bump from Butler, thin though)

Okay:
RB (potential to move up quickly)
S (thin, hoping Church keeps progressing)
DL (not great outside Rat, not bad, just guys)

Weak:
ILB
CB (health)

Terrible:
K (are any other teams carrying 2 kickers? I wonder)
FB

Unknown (thus a weak)
OL (could turn into a positive quickly as well, let's hope!)

Good news is that RB, OL could move up to strength quickly. CB could turn into an okay as best see it for now.
Bad is ILB seems weak, K is well you know, and DL is just a bunch of guys, nothing special as of now (Rat I hope returns to form, but constant double teams take their toll)

just my 2 cents.
have a good one all.

Agree with everything except OLB.......Ware alone should make it unquestionable then + Spencer(I'm expect more from in the season) and Butler(gonna shine this year)

But everything else is good

Maybe move up the OLBs.
Maybe move down the Safeties

Our depth at ILB really concerns me right now. One injury and we are in real trouble.

S and DL need to be dropped to the weak category.

S??? IDK, but DL unless we pick someone up im kinda worried about this

Overly optimistic to me. I agree with the strengths, but to me WR is only "okay" due to lack of depth and experience and possible health concerns. OLB is only OK because Ware is great, Spencer is average, and VB is so up and down. I don't think I'd put S as "ok" but maybe "unknown" at this point. They could be ok, but they could be bad.

Funny, I think i was being optimistic as well, particularly when I looked back and didn't address depth enough, but didn't want to get fully blasted!

Either way I think its a good way to break it down and see what we might have.

Personally, I think we're very strong at the running back position. Lot of depth, even though half of it is unproven. I'd think most of the teams in the NFL would like to have the stable of backs we have, at least from a talent standpoint.
