Does Jerruh have the guts to back down and fire Wade? That keys off of everything else.
Nothing else really matters unless Jerruh does that.
THEN gets a coach with fire in his gut.
The whole staff with the exception of the LB coaches and RB coaches should be examined carefully. I am sorry but I think Houck is done. Read and Stewart of course must go. Campo- I don't know.

He needs a keeper- a coach that can keep his nose on the grindstone. I think we can safely say those that were willing to accept all the turnovers will now SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP. Discipline is the key= he needs it.
Still think he can be a very good one but he has to shape up both in attitude and execution.
RBs: we are fine there thank god but its clear that Choice really needs to be involved. If someone makes an good offer for Barber take it due to the mileage already on his wheels.
WR: TO - one of the only guys who did not lay down today so I have to give him a little pass (little one). Roy- give him an offseason and a full camp but I admit I am worried. Miles Austin and Crayton are ok. Good bye Stanback just cannot waste any more time on him.
TE: no problems there.
OLINE. ugh. OK the Hotel is injured so gets a small pass but he has to show more want to. The Proctologist must be shot immediately. Holland can fill in good enough. Gurode: I think coaching would take care of most of the problems there - I think. Bigg and Colombo are ok. BACKUPS: how did both Free and McQ regress so much- clearly coaching. HOUCK must go= he has lost it. BUT we also need to look at getting a decent back up tackle SOMEHOW someway. Center as well.
ST: we all know the story here so nothing more needs to be said.
DL: Honestly I really don't know- Spears and Canty are OK and the Rat is great - Tank; ugh. BIG NT needed. Frankly on a 3-4 I think we are ok there no need for big moves unless we lose both Spears and Canty.
LB: With Zack already gone we need someone to step up= draft or FA for the INSIDE. Spencer needs to be starting; goodbye to the whiner. Burnett is a back up and Carp, well nuts.
CB: I say Keep Pacman if he can behave himself in the offseason. He is another who was giving all he had so that means a lot right now. Otherwise we have plenty here.
Safety: Hamlin really regressed but we got nothing better. If Henry can stay healthy he is a prospect. I guess we are stuck with Roy for another year and Killa is too valuable in ST. One of the young guys needs to step up, but I doubt its Watkins. Look for someone here in FA or Draft.
