Could the offense and play calls have anything to do with the limitations of the QB?

How many OC or coaches should we cycle through to find the magic?

If the offense is limited and the QB is only capable of making a single read, is it fair to suggest that the WRs get complacent, knowing they won't get looked at? Could that explain CDs frustration? Explain what was going on in camp between Diggs and Dak?

Could it be that defenses also see this dumbed down offense and limited QB play? Making it easier to stop the run? Especially when the run plays are predictable?

What makes the most sense? We have incompetent coaches? Underperforming WRs? And weak RBs?

Or we have a subpar QB that limits and holds back this offense?

Gonna start with, Dak. Jerry is basically saying he thinks Dak is his guy to lead the team to the super bowl. Now wether I believe that or not atleast I know this team is going to roll with Dak. Me I think it's more because of the money they owe him.

Kurt Warner a HOF QB basically destroyed the talk heads and hating cowboy fans ignorant stances. While he did say Dak didn't have a good game, he put context into his words. Instead of trying to hit some sound bites. Kurt is basically saying Dallas biggest problems are play design and lazy routes being run. He does say Dak still holds the ball longer than he should but isn't the reason these plays aren't working.

On play design he showed the int by Werner. And showed cooks and lamb running double slants. With the inside slant typically would run 1 yard then slant, while the back slant would typically run 3 yards then slant. Giving the QB space to get the ball there. But either by design or lazy routes by cooks and lamb both slant at the same depth which leaves Werner in perfect position.

I see what I see and there's times I think Dak is playing like trash. And there will be Kurt there to point out things I'm ignorant to myself. This is the problem with us fans, we can watch the game but we don't really know the reads and the defensive disguises. I still don't like what I'm seeing from Dak. I know he can get it done because he's done it before. Just think he's paying too much attention to media heads and lost alot of confidence.

Tony Pollard isn't half the rb Elliot even was last yr. He had success because Dallas would wear them down with Elliot and bring in a fresh Pollard and he's eat up a tiring defense. I'd like to see Luepke get more carries.

The biggest issue on offense is everything is in front of the first down marker. So the good teams can sit their S' back and there's literally nobody open. Warner points out Dallas calling bunched formation to the short side of the field alot which just crowds the defensive backfield in that area, so you basically got 1 or 2 man routes on the wide side with that extra s or LB free to cut off hot routes leaving 1 slow developing route to depend on alot of the time.

The defense just got their butts handed to them. Plain and simple they got beat in every aspect of the game.

That's gonna happen when you play one of the best teams in the nfl and ur not prepared. You don't bring your A game ur gonna get it handed to you. Dallas didn't and this was the outcome. They've been dealing with alot of injuries the past 2 weeks it happens.
a debacle this big offensively, and its not just about SF game doesn't happen because of a single player. there is a lot of people that contribute including MM. play design has been bad. play calls have been bad. execution has been bad. half the plays WRs aren't getting separation. Dak tries to force balls he shouldn't. he has missed some receivers too. Pollard is obvious now is not a 10M RB. Deuce is evidently a waste of a pick. we miss Schultz as Ferguson is hit and miss. more athletic, but doesn't know how to find the open spots. the back up TEs are trash. Schoonmaker is waste of a pick. why didn't we pick Torrence instead in preparation of Tyron retiring and moving Tyler to the LT spot. Gallup is not good anymore and over paid at 10M a year. he is at best a 3rd WR in this point of his career. not sure why Cook can't get open or we design plays properly to get him open.

its a failure up and down the line.

and this is all on Jerry. he put all of this together and signed off on it.

Our wrs may be lazy...I dunno. But San Fran said they wanted Dak to have the ball. That says something . Dak just isnt that good and scares no one

Pollard going to have a rough year as most teams will try to shut down the run game as much as possible.

Chargers will try however they have the worst ranked passing defense in the league I think entering week 5. Need to take advantage of them trying to stop the run right off the bat

So what would Tom Brady do if receivers were running lazy routes? What would Tom Brady if the play design was flawed? Where the receivers were breaking on the same yardage and linebacker was not committing to either going inside or outside, what does Tom Brady do? These are the things that separate a champion from an average QB.
What did he do last yr? Not a damn thing

Because these wr run lazy routes. When you see videos of qbs doing reviews of the Dallas offense every single one will mention the issues with the routes. Is it a coaching Issue or a player just being lazy.

Me I think this team just had too many generals and not enough grunts
Lazy routes or not you can't stare down exactly where you are throwing the ball to and Dak does that A TON.

I mean I guess if one believes everything is tied to Dak and if you replace him all our problems go away then yeah, they got destroyed here because Warner basically blames multiple people. I think the main point from Warner here was to say blaming Dak solely is wrong. He's a problem but there are some other significant problems too.
I am certain this team does much better with a great QB. Dak is the biggest issue on the field. Jerry is the biggest issue in management.

You get some leeway when you are 40+ and have 7 SB rings on your fingers.

Being intentionally obtuse is not going to make you look smarter nor win the argument.
