I keep it honest with myself so ill start this is Dak, and my thoughts that there cant possibly be any question that he's the guy for this team.
He started slow, and rightfully so. Philly threw so many looks at him and they've been doing that to everybody they played. He took his hits and licked his wounds came back and won the game. He led this team and took the win from the eagles. The coaches didnt do him any favors with the gameplan either. But like we've seen all yr he stayed poised and took what was given to him and pulled it out with a play we seen Romo make so many times on that last td to Witten. Props to Prescott for how much he's grown in so little time. We saw a day and night difference between Daks ability to run a team and how Philly has no trust and keeps Wentz on a really short leash. When Dallas started rolling in the 4th and tied it there was no doubt in my head Dallas was going to win because nothing in this game showed me that Wentz could drive the length of the field. Nothing in his game is even comparable to where Dak is in his game. Wentz had 2 comp over 10 yrds. Dallas has a franchise QB, Philly has a project starting. Without the stupid penalties by the def and bad ST play this game is a blowout by Dallas. Philly isnt in Dallas' league.
Zeke IMO was robbed by his coaches tonight. instead of feeding him dinner they had him on a low carb diet. Feed him and dont stop. IMO these coaches wanted to force feed Dez more tonight.
This team nearly blew it, by trying to force it to Dez. You can tell it was in Daks head too, because he missed open guys early to go in Dez direction. Their timing was off for most of the night but when it was time to man up they hooked up and got on the same page. This team seemed to finally understand in the 4th that spreading the ball around is what will win you games. in the first 3 quarters 3 people caught the ball, Dez, Elliot and Witten. In the 4th Dak found 5 other targets and thats when Dallas dominated.
IMO OL got the draw late. Philly shows so many looks its hard to get a grasp of what theyre doing. But like in recent yrs the nd game Dallas usually has a feel for them and they handle them pretty good in that 2nd game.,
This def is just making plays when it counts.
Sean Lee is IMO is back to being in the best LBer in the league argument. He's all over the field and he cant be blocked.
Claiborne is earning a big payday if u ask me.
All in all this team is growing up more and more by the week. And im going to say it now, Dallas/ NE superbowl.
