Ill start with MO since i posted about him this week and what Mo would we see. Tonight he had some good and some bad. Well i wouldnt call it bad but he gave up some plays. Yes, he had some bad, two missed tackles where he went for the shoulder hit instead of a tackle. But something tells me he's not going to be tackle too many RBs. Playing Man is playing to his strengths tho.
Carr flat out dominated tonight. I think he saw himself playing soft this past week, way too soft. And when he got to dallas he prided himself on being physical. Thats what he was tonight on Garcon.
The DL dominated the 2nd half plain and simple. Once ware went out they had a acclimation drive, then went all out after that. Hatcher IMO needs to be resigned now rather than before he makes the damn probowl.
The way this DL played tonight i think shows you just who Marinelli is and what he is about. Best move this organization did this offseason.
Romo was off all night but came through when they needed it.
WR core IMO doesnt need Austin anymore. If they could trade him i believe the team would. Dez and TW will dominate for years to come. Harris while he didnt impact much on offense he did it bigtime on special teams.
Cole Beasly IMO should start at Slot. Plain and simple. Who cares how much money Miles makes and Who cares what Harris is supposed to be. Beasly just moves the chains. He runs precise routes and he flys past defenders. IDK if he can take the hits in the middle maybe they can add some size to him in the offseason the way Welker bulked up later in his career. But with Beasly quickness i dont think he'll take too many big hits.
Carter is coming back from his funk. If he wasnt held so much tonight he might have had a big time game IMO.
Church and Wilcox as ive been saying are the same player. Church has the assignments down but Wilcox has the better talent. They need to get a FS ASAP.
The OL, what a difference a yr makes. Fredrick and Waters have given this OL as attitude. Tyron is quietly becoming one of the better LTs in football. Free is probably the most improved football player in the nfl. And Leary just gets the job done. Nothing spectacular, reminds me of Kosier.
Now RB. Dallas needs to bring in somebody. Murray is never going to stay healthy long enough to make a difference. And after him its clear they dont have a rb they can trust. Players like Hightower, Beanie, Turner are all still out there. If they dont trust the guys on the team why not bring in somebody?
