My thoughts

Don't you think that Welker would pretty much be playing the same position as Beasley though? At this point Beasley is probably a better player than Welker. Welker is more of a slot guy than a true WR, which isn't really what we need right now. We need a threat on the outside, not another player in the middle with Beasley and Witten. I just think Welker would overlap with Beasley too much, and that isn't what we need. IMO anyway

Welker can line up outside aswell. He's played all the spots

The only complaint I have about Weeds last night was him not stepping up in the pocket and taking those sacks.
