Here is what I would love to see happen (but know that there is no chance in reality).

Trade down to Cleveland at #8 - and pick up their 2nd & 3rd round picks (#32 & #65).
Trade down again with Tennessee at #15 - and pick up their 2nd & 3rd round picks (#33 & #64).

That gives Dallas picks 15, 32, 33, 34, 64, 65, & 67 in the first three rounds.

#15 - Shaq Lawson DE Clemson
#32 - Will Fuller WR Notre Dame
#33 - Xavien Howard CB Baylor
#34 - Su’a Cravens LB/S USC
#64 - Kenneth Dixon RB Louisiana Tech
#65 - Sean Davis DB Maryland
#67 - Bronson Kaufusi DE BYU
#101 - Kevin Hogan QB Stanford
#135 - Glenn Gronkowski FB Kansas State
#189 - Mike Thomas WR Southern Mississippi
#214 - Deon Bush S Miami
#215 - Keenan Reynolds QB Navy (Future pick)

Dare to dream

Thanks for the effort!
Just to confirm...I assume by dream, you mean that we would get an absurd amount over value in that 1st trade
Good lord....that's total make believe!

The 2nd trade works though!
All in good fun!

Sweet

Dare to dream

I did enjoy it.
Thanks

I would think both teams are not one player away.
So making either trade down is lacking odd's that it happens.

There is a reason they have been picking at the top of the draft for years.
Their complete roster needs an upgrade.

Cleveland has stated that they love being in the 8th slot. Tennessee, however, has stated they'd like to move back up. Of course, after the haul they got, they have the best of both worlds....higher draft pick and still keep multiple 1st/2nd rounders.

It will be interesting to see what Tenn does.

Yes. I would think they stay at 15 unless they get a sweetheart deal from someone on the top of the draft.

If Tunsil is there when Dallas is on the clock, it could happen.

Buckner said yesterday that Chargers, Cowboys, Jags, Titans seem to be the most interested. Wonder if they would move up for him.

Some teams absolutely love Buckner. Can't say I thought Dallas was one of them, but they could be sand-bagging. But yeah, if it's Buckner that Tennessee wants it makes the trade-down look even better, because the odds of landing him are a bit better than getting Tunsil. In any case, they're sittin' pretty on draft day for the next two years.

Cool, but you're not getting a 2nd and 3rd round pick unless there's a QB there. You'll get that high 3rd, and maybe a 5th.

Love idea of multiple trade downs and you picked a lot of very good players. But no DTs??

I also want Dallas to trade down a few times this year, so i'll play...

That gives Dallas picks 15, 32, 33, 34, 64, 65, & 67 in the first three rounds.

#15 - Shaq Lawson DE Clemson...i'd be happy with this one.
#32 - Kenny Clark DT UCLA
#33 - Jason Spriggs OT Indiana...competes with Free this year and becomes future RT
#34 - Su’a Cravens LB/S USC...love this pick...he becomes SS
#64 - Devontae Booker RB Utah
#65 - Sean Davis DB Maryland
#67 - Sterling Shepard WR Oklahoma
#101 - Dak Prescott QB Mississippi State
#135 - Nick Vigil LB Utah State
#189 - Blake Martinez LB Stanford
#214 - Deon Bush S Miami
#215 - Mitch Matthews WR BYU

looked up QB Kevin Hogan Stanford, looks pretty solid. Wonder if the system he played would translate to the NFL

Dallas already has Chaz Green at that OT spot. The Cowboys would be better off grabbing either a CB in Xavier Howard, or another DE in Bronson Kaufusi.
