First I'd like to say that Wade Phillips is a great great defensive minded coach. He's out coached sean payton and andy reid, two offensive master minds. Thats impressive. I have a great respect for phillips not only for his great experience , and knowledge about defense, but how he handles himself. He's a class act. He's been extremly patient with a hostile media, he's keep his carefree charm about him, he's endured and he's got this ship moving forward. Wade Phillips if he can win the Super Bowl this year, will have a chance to be considered one of the best coaches in the NFL.
Orlando Scandrick. I was pretty down on Scandrick, after his 2nd bad game against the Giants.But this guy has come back and played great the last 4 weeks. He's got alittle bit of an attitude, that I think serves him well as a football player, yet you can tell he's a good guy. I expect him to be solid for us for years to come. He's shown his mental toughness and has kept fighting to improve.
Mike Jenkins For his Confidence on the field is outmatched. I really havent seen a better corner back then him this year besides the guy on the Jets Jarvis. He's been great all year and I love his positive outlook and hardworking and dedicated personality.
Bobby Carpenter Just a good natured guy, who trys his best on every play.
Sam Hurd for being a team player and one of the spiritual leaders on the team.
Keith Brooking for being the spark this team needed. Though he's one of the oldest players , he still one of the most passionate players. He is the guy the team looks to to keep them going, to keep them focused and keep fighting. Without Brooking, I don't think this team is the same team. He is the pickup of the year not for his play alone but because of what he does mentally for this team.
Tony Romo For being a great qb, in working on his game to cut down on his turnovers, for being a good person, for learning how to be more of a leader and to bring more emotion to his play and his leadership. Romo has matured more into the mold of a brady and manning, and I feel he will be considered one of the best qbs at the end of the year.
Demarcus Ware for being a bright spirit, for being a constant light to this team, a beacon of professionalism and an great talent.
Deon Anderson for being filled with Joy and Laughter. For loving to play the game all out every play. for taking pride in his Job.
Jason Witten for having great hands, for getting open time and time again, and for being one of the leaders of this team.
Bradie James a pros pro, a good leader, and for being a coach on the field.
Felix Jones for being humble, and who brings explosiveness to the offense.
Marion Barber for being humble and quiet, for being a beast on the field, and an emotional spark for the offense.
This team is filled with alot of great guys, alot of dedicated professionals, this is why there doing well. there is no punks on this team, none at all. there all good natured guys who take there jobs seriously and who strive to be the best . God bless the 2009 Dallas Cowboys.
