Its that time of year again. 3rd year of existence, 2nd year of FBS play, and our first year in a new conference(Conference USA). Im talkin about our college program here in San Antonio. I know its a bit funny, but SA has a major football team now. I've never been this happy in my life. I was getting bored of College Football lately till a few years ago, one of our Universities; The University of Texas at San Antonio(commonly known as UTSA) decided to form a football program & and I have to admit, we've quickly developed into a fine program. Quickly getting promoted from after only one year in FCS play to FBS level(that's big time). the dome finally has a true autumn football tenant(well the SA Texans of the CFL were the first major autumn football tenant). I'm beginning to love my Roadrunners cause they're my team(to root for FULL TIME), they part of my hometown, a town I was born and raised in, and other than the Spurs, its really putting SA on the national map. I LOVE IT!

anyways, here's the link to the schedule below.

lets do it, for our city, GO RUNNERS in 2013!

The September 14 matchup at Arizona has been moved to 9:30pm central time. OUCH, competition with Mayweather/Canelo that night. We need to let all of Roadrunner know that our team needs as many viewers as possible. no Boxing match isnt gonna get in our way.

3 days till kickoff. UTSA at New Mexico, 7pm on CW 35(Time Warner cable channel 007 and 1007 for those in the SA area)

is the longhorn network gonna carry any UTSA games this year?

well, looks like i wont be able to watch most of the UTSA games here in Ft Worth :(

good win tho! we were 4 point underdogs and won by a TD!! we actually have the resources to be pretty successful fairly soon. rich recruiting state, big TV Market relative to most schools outside of USC/UCLA, a head coach people know of with previous success, including a national title, and maybe most importantly, a big home stadium, making it possible for the school to make lots of money at the gate to improve the program! I have high hopes for us in the conference we are in.

FORGET MAYWEATHER vs CANELO. its all about Roadrunners vs Arizona Wildcats on the Pac 12 Network, 9pm tomorrow. DONT FORGET

saturday nite its UTSA on the road in El Paso as they face off against UTEP in their first conference game of the year. 8pm on "Fox College Sports"

I hadn't seen UTSA play until today; color me impressed, especially with your offense. Imo the RR's are already better than half the teams in C-USA. Best of luck going forward, and we will see you in Houston next season.

for those in the San Antonio area, this saturday's Tulane/UTSA game is on NBC 4. i would suggest you all watch the game. cause this is our team, a team we love for our city. PLEASE do it for SA
