Btw, fan speak currently has us drafting at 30, thought that was interesting.

1) LB Zach Cunningham, Vanderbilt (can play all LB positions well at our thinnest rotation)
2) DE Demarcus Walker, Florida State (we miss out on the top edge rushers but snag Walker here who has been very productive)
3) WR Corey Davis, East Michigan, big #2 that could possibly develop into a #1
Backup pick here i really like WR James Washington, Ok St., he's explosive.
4) DT Davon Godcheaux, very active disruptive DL that makes for a very deep DL rotation

Later rounds I would look at CB, and LB like Delucha.

Walker is a DT in our scheme and Davis may go 1st round.

I like all 4 players, love Cunninghm. Would be okay with that draft.

Walker is almost the same size as Charles Tapper, so I think he'd still be a DE.

You are right about Davis.
I keep hearing he is too slow as an edge rusher but has enough quickness to be disruptive from the inside. I need to go back and watch some tape. if he does have the speed as an edge rusher then i don't see him making it to our 2nd pick anyways. especially after his dominating 4.5 sack game.

oh and Delucha is injured. Hes trying to get another year of eligibility so he many not even go into draft and a good late round CB to keep an eye on is Greg Mabin. The forgotten player who plays opposite of Desmond King. He is a very willing tackler and he has decent ball skills with 8 PBU last season.

I have a feeling Cunningham is going to be the player this year everyone here likes but ultimately rises up up up. If he comes into the combine at a true 6-4 and maybe 10 lbs heavier, he's going to get some DE and 3-4 OLB looks.

I don't think he'll get DE looks, but agree with your first statement. Assuming we end up drafting in the late 20s, I don't have much hope of him lasting to our pick.
