MySa Blog: Aikman: Players to blame for December slumps...questions toughness

...too early for this, but if the season were over now this would be my picks to replace.

Offence.

Deon Anderson, Flozell Adams, Andre Gurode, Pat McQuistan, Montrae Holland, Cory Proctor, Patrick Crayton, Sam Hurd, Roy Williams and Martellus Bennett.

Defence.

Bobby Carpenter, Bradie James, Marcus Spears, Terence Newman, Patrick Watkins and Ken Hamlin.

It's obvious that this can't happen right away, but there's something about this team and something about these players.

What is troubling to me about the season is the unforced errors. Pre-snap penalties and the like.

What was Parcells' favourite saying??? "Stupid players make stupid mistakes.

Sometimes all it takes for both parties to improve is a change of scenery. If we miss the playoffs something has to change. At least gradually if not severely.

Start shooting at me gentlemen.

Need to add some players to that list.

Romo? What has he won? Nothing.
Kitna? Born loser.
McGee? Never won in college.

Barber? Has lost it.
Felix? Injury prone.
Choice? Can't get on the field; and indictment on his ability.

Olgetree? All he can do is bubble screens, get a real WR.

Free? Mediocre backup, find someone else.
Davis? Been abused like a kid at Neverland ranch.

Olshansky? Not a pass rusher.
Ratliff? Need a fat NT.

Ware? What has he won? We pay him, he responds with subpar year.
Spencer? 2 sacks, rofl.
Brooking? S-L-O-W

Jenkins? Whiffed on tackle versus NYGiants last year. Disgrace to the star.
Scandrick? Sucks.

Folk? Shank.
McBriar? Weak leg; cannot hit videoboard.

The Patriots won with with out huge impact players, NO is doing it this year.
Coaches have to get the best out of the few impact players they have.
Phillips has never been able to do that. Not in his whole career.

They had Tom Brady who's as money as you can get at QB.
They had the kicker who is as clutch a kicker as you can get.
And on defense they had a bunch of playmakers across the board.

We don't even come close.

Aikman needs to have a meeting with Jerry Jones and "name names" of who needs to be replaced.

I am tired of the annual churning, selecting scrubs in the draft, and hiring re-tread coaches to talk about change and deliver the same ole bag of crap.

Aikman has three rings. Jerry, please listen to him....at least meet with him and get the names. Wake Up or you will die before this team ever wins anything again!!!!!

I don't think Jerry would like the first name on Troy's list.
