N. Suh should be suspended

Yeah I think you can excuse the first time he stepped on him as just an accident, but then when he did it again and just stood there it makes it obvious what he's trying to do.

He used that second step to push himself off. The league will look at it.

He'll be suspended. Our path to the 2nd round is easier. Hopefully it's GB and we can take advantage of gimpy AR.

It was 2 baby steps as he was stopping his backwards momentum. Anyone, especially that size is going to take those steps. It's a matter of physics. The slow mo makes it look like he lingered, but at full speed, it was nothing.

There was no momentum. His body was basically stopped and he was turned around watching the play down the field.

The first step is hard to call. The second step the way he just lingered on the ankle before definitively pushing off was definitely intentional. When you step on someone accidentally you quickly lift your foot off of them - it is almost a reflexive type of action.

Right. He does that stuff because you can't really prove his intention but there's no doubt in my mind that it wasn't an accident.

And anyone would realize on a soft grass field that they were stepping on something and get off quickly when they remember the only thing it could possibly be was another person.

There was some momentum. The "linger" is from slow-mo

Like I said, the first step is a tough call. He didn't have so much momentum that he couldn't have avoided stepping on Rodgers the second time. Then after he stepped on him the second time there was no reason for him to stay on the ankle that long and then push off deliberately instead of just getting your foot off of him.

The second step is very damning IMO.

He's a classless, punk-*** hood. Why he isn't fined and suspended for this trash when he has a plain history of it, I don't understand. Anyone who defends his behavior is either naive or just as classless themselves. He's a dirty player, plain as day, and it's indefensible.

How long? A quarter of a second?

Edit: After watching it again, I think the 2nd step was natural motion, but he was not concerned at all about who he was stepping on, and made no effort to get off.

I agree, but would most of this fan base really think he was dirty if he was on the Cowboys? There are fans that always thinks that ESPN or anyone else is against the Cowboys no matter what the case is... Just saying...

Your damn right I would think he was a cheap shot , dirty player, even if he played for the Cowboys, which I hope he never does.

ya that was heinous, he'll probably get punishment but it won't be enforced until AFTER they play us.
If he were a Cowboy, he'd get suspended for the rest of the year and a new rule would be passed in the offseason

yeah too big of a history for them not to suspend him. they need to clean up the dirty play in Detroit and suspensions seem to be the only way.

I thought it was an accident, but your explanation sounds plausible. I just don't think we know for certain what his intentions were. But his history doesn't give him the benefit of the doubt.

Oh, and I'm okay if he gets suspended next week. :)

Romo is far from....

He's far from Kevin Costner? How is that relevant?
