Twill is an ace #2 wideout so he is a superstar in that regards.

Martin is the best at his position in the NFL.
Frederick might be also and definitely top 3.
Tyron top 3.
DLaw was top 3 in 2017.
Sean Lee top 3 when healthy.

Jimmy had no salary cap to deal with. The economics of current-day NFL prevents any team from loading up with superstars.

Stop trying to compare today’s Cowboys with those teams of the 90s. It’s a different game now.

As for your questions, I would call guys like Zak Martin and Tyron Smith superstars. They get overlooked when you talk about superstars because they don’t play a high-profile skill position. Zak is thought of as the best OG in football, and up until this past season, Tyron was thought to be the best OLman at any position.

As for just plain stars, I think you have to include Tank Lawrence and Sean Lee in that group, along with Travis Frederick. This team is very talented at the starter level. Where they fall off has been in the area of depth.

Every player due for a new contract is a superstar.

Tron is the best LT in the league.
Martin is the best Guard in the league. So good he should be paid at LT level.
Frederick is a superstar. The greatest center that ever lived.
Lael Collins is a steal. I cant believe he is making less than 10 mil a year. It's a travesty.
Witten is the greatest ever. We are lucky he isn't demanding 20 mil per year.
Dak we are so lucky to have a 4th rd starting QB. We are reaping the huge rewards.
Zeke is the greatest ever. How did we get so lucky as to end up with the most dominant RB playing on a rookie salary.
Lee OMG the greatest ever.
Bailey is automatic. Split-em he is a machine. The greatest kicker that ever lived.
Bryant - Hall of famer. Erasing the stats of the 88's before him.
D-Law is laying down the law and will be the highest paid DE in history eventually.
Irving- So much for so little.
Twill- we won the draft when we grabbed the greatest center and grabbed Twill for free.
Byron Jones is the most gifted athlete that ever lived.
Jaylon Smith - What a steal. Got lucky on that well timed injury. Saved us a bundle as we grabbed at superstar cheap.

I don't think it is possible to keep all of these overachievers together. It is too much for one team.
