Name change for Commanders in the news again

If they change the name, which they wont, they should change it to The Washington Warpath. Might sound corny, but it's keeping with the native American theme.

Washington Warriors for the sake of this thread but then I really do not think they should change the name to begin with. One note when they 1st moved to Washington from Boston and at that time were the Boston Braves then became the Boston Commanders. I guess they could be the Washington Braves but the name sake song they have would come to an end.

Seriously though, I just ignore these stories for now since Snyder isn't going to consider it until he's forced. If/When the day comes then I guess Warriors is good if you want to keep the theme.

Couldn't care less if the Skins "catch up". That's what fans of teams that have nothing else to hang onto care about lol...

What I do care about is whether or not the Skins sweep the Cowboys next season, and whether or not the Skins can win the division again next season as well.

If they do, you can have the 62–44–2 record...Oops, I mean, 62–46–2 lol. Because, you know, those 16 extra wins over the last 50 years will definitely mean something.

The Skins are 8-8 against the Cowboys since 2005. Both teams have made the playoffs 3 times in that time span. Both teams have won the same amount of playoff wins as well. I'd say we've been a "legitimate match up" for the Cowboys for awhile now. Maybe not for good teams, but for the Cowboys, yep lol...
