Norv turner is too nice. Players like TO would roll all over him. Nate Newton knows this which is why he doesn't endorse him. Although I hated BPs Tecmo bowl like playcalling, the one thing I did like about him was that he had people in check. Dallas will need a young headstrong coach to handle TO and Turner is not it.
