With our first pick they have us taking Lois Delmas. Not all together what I would consider realistic, but if he is there, I'd take him. :p

Has us taking Levitra in r3 for what its worth.

I'd rather get a DE/OLB in r3 or Antoine Caldwell at Center but I wouldn't complain much about that draft if we snagged Delmas.

Sensabaugh would have the shortest starting tenure of anyone, lol. Delmas, to me, is that good.

There is no way I'm taking Louis Delmas over Lawrence Sidbury Jr. The Cowboys have about $ 6 million reasons why they will think twice about it, too.

His name is Greg Ellis.

Bunting rates Sidbury at 51 and Delmas at 69. (Ware/Spencer/Sidbury) Now, that is a Cowboys package. Give the Giants some of their own medicine. Sibury Jr. had 11.5 sacks, but Dallas will stand him up and teach him the tools he needs which will make his speed and quickness better. Phillilps will get him on the field.

Andy Levitre in round three doesn't thrill me, either.

You could take Sidbury first and Rashad Johnson in round 3. Rashad Johnson is just as good as Delmas. In fact, I think he's better, imo. Both players can struggle tackling and space. Johnson did it in the SEC, and he doesn't have a known history of concussions. Plus, he's faster and has the mental side down. Delmas is going to get himself killed, like Pat Watkins, if he doesn't watch himself.

Rashad Johnson, in round 3, is a better value. Some team will take advantage of the situation.

a good thing about Caldwell is that even if we don't move Gurode to OG, Caldwell could still be the LG who makes the line adjustments

he looked pretty good at LG in the Senior Bowl game

Plus, Levitre has short arms.

Caldwell gets rid of Cory Proctor.:)

He must have forgotten Chip Vaughn, because he likes him. I went back and looked at it.

2. Lawrence Sidbury Jr.
3. Chip Vaughn
4. Cornelius Lewis

I read where Sidbury might sneak into round 1, but early round 2 isn't out of the question.

Delmas is the next coming of Bob Sanders with better coverage skills. Please do not compare him to Pat Watkins. Why not get Delmas(2nd),Sidbury(3rd) and then Ellerbe(4th)..satisfys everything..we can each have our guy lol.:laugh2:

he would be, and I wouldn't be suprised that Dallas has a strong eye on him, they love those Southern schools

Don't forget your guy, Tyronne Green. If you are going to pick a smaller guard. Green is a much better value in round 4 than Andy Levitre is in round 3. Green has upside, and he can play center, too. He is built to play it, and he has that powerful punch and get get to linebackers. He played some center in the spring for Auburn. Plus, Green would be the better guard. Caldwell's best position is center. His guard play is just for emergency, imo.

Andy Levitre... (Round 3)

Tyronne Green (Round 4) :)
