ya i have no idea how we didnt land a kid when the other school was colorado! where were the girls at when he came to campus?? haha, suprisingly we still have a top ten class according to espn. I was happy charles left cuz i thought that would make him pick UT, but obviously not, so now im not happy charles left!

yeah seriously if i see "mack" around im going to have to stop him and see if he can give some answers hahaha. I do think we got some under rated prospects coming in though so we will have to see how it all goes down.

ya, we got a DB from Mcneil here in austin (a rival high school to my alma matter, westwood) who i hear is REALLY good, but cousin played against him and said he is incredibly fast. hopefully we can get our D shored up for next year, hopefully we found a diamond in the rough in the other RB prospects we got with less fanfare.

ps, OU is killing us in our own state!! hopefully the major can help out with next years class

Colorado got the #1 RB, Darrell Scott.........I was sure hoping he would pick UT, but he didn't.

3rd time in 4 years UT has been snubbed at the last minute by a top talent.....first Adrian Peterson, then Ryan Perrilloux, and now Scott....oh well, poops happens and you move on.

OU had a much better recruiting class in 2003 than that of UT, but UT went on do have the better success with that class, so you never know.

I am just miffed that OU keeps taking all the Texas HS talent out of state. OU would be nothing if not for Texas HS players......NOTHING

UT definitely got some nice defensive prospects this year...I can't wait to see them in the next few years....Monroe especially.

I was just going by ESPN's rankings... they had Calhoun as #1. But whatever, it's all guesswork at this point.

rivals and scout both had Scott as #1. I will go by those two over ESPN anyday when it comes to recruit rankings......since that is the main objective of both.
