Anyone picked this up yet?

I haven't played a basketball game since College Hoops 2K7 but have read a ton of good reviews about NBA 2K11. And it looks like the early buzz on 2K12 is really positive.

Yeah; I have it, but can't play it. The game's NBA front office is in lockout mode! :laugh2:

2K11 was the best sports game of all time. 2K12 looks to continue that, but I won't get it until the lockout ends and they seed a roster update adding all of the new roster moves and the rookies to the game.

There's a huge patch coming whenever the lockout ends.

Always loved the 2k series especially football. Wish they still had rights to make football games.

Anyway 2k11 was awesome and if you are thinking of getting it there is a free trial for gamefly out there. Just google it and the free code will show up. Should five you a few weeks to try it out.

How do you like Gamefly's service? I've heard it can be slow if you request too many games per month.

Like others have said, I loved 2K11. I bought 2k12 but haven't played it yet. I can't play with the legends and the legendary teams. I bought the one with Magic on the cover since 2k11 had Jordan on it I wanted to go with a different cover. I really would like to get all 3 covers.

I still play 2k11 almost every day, I'll pick this up when there's a deal on it. I'm not paying 60.
