well i guess it will suck for you.......he wont make it.

Personally I wouldnt mind Manu and Parker sitting at home. I also would prefer if Duncan were sitting at home. They have made enough All-star games...But all 3 will be there.

Who does Roy bump off the list of reserves?

Parker
Manu
Paul
Amare
Nash
Dirk
West/Davis/Jackson

I just dont see any room for Roy

In terms of quality and play this season, I think Roy has been playing better than Parker and Manu. Sure you can look up the stats and say Parker has a better fg% or something, but Roy has been playing pretty well and carrying that team. He deserves an AS spot over either Parker and Ginobili.

considering Manu and Tim have missed time, as well as Barry.......Parker has definitely been carrying the offensive load.

I forgot about Williams and Boozer from Utah.

There is no limit.....but at most you will have 5 Gs....so I will say 5. But you wont ever see 5 PGs.....

Actually what I would like to see is the NBA make a rule that no rookies or sophmores can make the All-Star game....this way they will work hard to make the Rookie-Sophmore game and make that game so much better. Then 3rd year players up can make the All-Star game. The NBA can even let the fans vote for the starters for the Rookies and the Starters for the Sophs.

Anyway....like I said earlier, I wouldn't mind the Coaches picking someone other than Manu and Tony....let those two guys rest.....Let Roy/Boozer/Williams/Davis/Jackson/West go...

Chris Paul better make the squad, voting AI in was a complete joke...

no it wasnt.......voting in the starters is all about a popularity contest...that is who the majority of the fans wanted to see.....this is an exhibition game.

NBA Rosters can have up to 15 players......though only 12 can play. I think the All-Star game should allow 15 players per side

The West
Yao
Duncan
Dirk
Amare
West
Boozer
McGrady
Melo
Kobe
Paul
Nash
Williams
Davis
Manu
Jackson

Manu does not belong there

why is that? how many spurs games have you seen? you obviously dont get the importance of manu to the spurs and how it transcends just points and shooting percentage. The lakers game is a great example of that.

you have proven your ignorance about basketball on numerous occasions, and you have done it yet again. Manu is most definitely an All-Star. However, I hope he doesn't get picked.....I want him to rest...his style commands so much energy, that I want him to get as much rest as possible.

So many great players in the west. It's a shame Josh Howard can't make an all star team. He's been the Mavs MVP.

josh howard seems to be the mvp for one half then dissapears the 2nd half.

howard would be an absolute monster if he learned how to pass

i think manu deserves to be in it, but so do a lot of other players that didnt get in. what im saying is that there are so many deserving players in the west that someone was gonna get snubbed.

PS amare shouldnt be in it!

the point isn't that you don't care if manu/tony don't make it. the point is that brandon roy is an allstar, deservedly so.
