Who else here thanks its ridiculous that Braylon edwards only got a 1 qtr suspension having having a DUI? Especially after he was involved in the DUI with Stallworth that ended in a homicide, I think he should be done for the year. You can't keep letting these guys get away with this stuff these guys are role models for the youth just horrible.
Well, the team can't technically punish him.

A DUI falls under league review, which means they'll wait to the case is settled before punshing Braylon.

Jets sitting him for a quarter is simply a PR move.

how in the world do you start mcquistan and play carpenter as your starting nickel lb. mcquistan is not even a decent starting guard is there starter injured. also i seen where sanchez abused carpenter on a touchdown pass.

I don't understand couldn't they as a franchise say you not going to put a negative look on this organzation and not play him? I know he's there best WR but you have to draw the line when players keep making these kind of decision that but people in harms way.

One of the analysts said it best.. "they had to weigh the punishment against their need to win."

They want to win..

I can understand that, but they better get used to not having him I'm sure once its all done he'll be getting more than a couple of games.

Almost every scrub the Cowboys have had the past 5-6 yrs plays for the Fish.

I think we should resign Jacob Rogers this week, and then trade him to Miami.
