This was clearly filed as a joke. It was filed pro-se meaning no attorney was involved and filed with a request for pauper status so that no filing fee was required up front. It will be tossed quickly.

The filing is a joke but the person filing it may not see it as such. Numerous frivolous lawsuits are filed every day by individuals thinking they can 'get one over' the system.

This is the definition of a frivolous law suit. But just because some "john Doe" filed the case doesn't mean a court has to hear it. Hopefuly it gets tossed out.

On the other hand, if for some reason this case should get heard and the guy actually wins, it opens the door for us to sue the Cowboys for not replacing their incompetent GM and subjecting us fans to 30 years of disappointment.

I humiliated myself once here at The Zone by suggesting us as fans pool our money and hire a billboard across from the Star or AT&T recommending Jerry hire a real GM. That went horribly wrong. But I am not above mortifying myself in public again.

This article gives me hope. A class action lawsuit against Jerry Jones for mismanagement of the team.

Think on all the Cowboys fans across the nation who could get behind this. Not to mention fans of other clubs wanting to skewer the team.

Twenty five billion should about do the trick. Settle out of court by getting Jerry to sell the team as a public offering.
