Sitting here today watching the college football playoffs. I just realized that the referees in college football are light years better than their NFL counterpart’s. The college refs let the teams play and call only the obvious penalties. Replay is great. They get it right almost 100% of the time. The NFL should be embarrassed of how pitiful they have allowed their officiating to become.

I agree. That catch at the end for Texas was incomplete and should have been overturned during the review. Unfortunately for Texas, they didn’t take advantage of that gift from the refs.

College refs are not good. They are probably equally as bad as the NFL crews and maybe even a bit worse. The replay system is better and even then some of the decisions made based on replay are questionable.
