NE vs. Denver

That is the best hustle play I've ever seen. Watson running down Bailey.

I never get tired of seeing it. Considering the angle, he ran farther to get to the same place. Wow.

Could care less about the Pats and broncos.
I feel honored knowing that you'd even bother to post this under a Pats/Broncos thread.

I'll take Bebee running down Lett in the super bowl.
Watson ran down Bailey who is infinitely faster than Leon. Watson came from clear across the field whereas Beebe was at least on the same side of the field. Watson chased him 100 yards. Lett wasn't returning that fumble 100 yards. Beebe was a 4.3 speed track guy, Watson is a TE.

They don't compare except the stage where it happened.

And I believe the mantle of the "Worst NFL WR Corp" has gone up the eastern seaboard to New England. It's painfully obvious Tom Brady needs some help. They may miss the playoffs, they've looked pretty bad tonight.

I don't know who is going to come out of their division though, no one's impressive. But NE is 2-0 in the division so I guess they could still pull it out.

I don't disagree.

But Bebee did prevent a TD and created a turnover. :D

Broncs DE Patrick Chukwurah has a new nickname:

Patrick "Upchuck" Chukwurah. ;)

AND from giving the Cowboys the Superbowl record for most points scored by a single team. That honor still belongs to San Francisco.

End of 3 quarters and NE is being shut out at home? :lmao2:

NE is a victim of its own snobbery.
They refuse to pay anyone and insist that they can win as long as they have Tom Brady. They think they don't need to put any talent around him. They've let too much talent walk without replacing it.
Its caught up to them. They just flat out aren't talented enough to contend anymore.
Shame of it is that Brady could probably be good for a few more rings but NE thinks they can do without any decent WRs.
Their OL is still good enough that Brady can stand back in the pocket flat-footed for 5-6 seconds but they don't have any WRs that can get separation anymore.

Tom Brady's passing stats look like a replica of Donovan McNabb before the TO era. Lots of short passes and heavy usage of the backs.

The Pats are gonna end up like Philly. Too confident in their system and drafts. They'll probably have a TO/Kearse shopping spree next year too when the bottom falls out. It'll just depend on how quickly those AFC East teams catch up.

yep and they are very lucky to be 2-1. they struggled mightly against the Bills week 1 and really should have lost that game. then last week they almost blew it against the Jets. and now today they beat pretty good at home against a QB that has been horrible so far this year. things arent lookin good for the Golden boy and the rest of the crew
