Need a NY win

My sister and brother-in-law (Giants fans) are here. They're rooting for the Cowboys and I'm rooting for the Giants.

I dislike ALL the NFC East teams. But for any long term "success". Sounds like an funny just thinking the Cowboys can have any future success with a 30 year drought just to get to a NFC Conference game. Cowboys needs to keep their tradition going....

1) Cowboys lose on Thanksgiving day
2) Cowboys collapse after Thanksgiving Day.
3) Winning meaningless games hurts the Dallas draft position
4) Wins could help Big Mike to get a contract extension

Understand we don't want to see our Cowboys lose, especially to the hated divisional rivals, but losing puts a thorn in Jerry's side. Which majority of Dallas fans
would enjoy. Short term pain, for maybe long term remedy..... maybe , well...doubt it. It is Jerry Jones that has been the constant problem for 30 years
I can never root against the cowboys come game time.

You need to stop future success doesn't depend on this game it's much deeper rooted then that.

It's Thanksgiving day and if you're a Cowboys fan you want to see the Cowboys win on Thanksgiving especially against a division rival.

Getting a good draft pick with Jerry is GM isn't any guarantee it could have easily be Taco Charlton as it could be CD lamb but what is a given is that we as fans deserve to get to watch some good football played by our favorite team on Thanksgiving Day so I'm 100% behind us kicking the Giants behind up and down the field and will cross the draft bridge when we come to it.

At pick 9 to 11. They would be getting a good player. Taco was at the back end of the round.

I want to win every game. Whatever your draft slot, do your homework and draft well.
Consider making a play or two in free agency like the rest of the dang league.

Players play to win, at any level. There may be a limited few players that make business decisions, but they’re the rare exception. Also, what’s the point in watching a game as a fan if you’re cheering for a loss? If they lose organically, fine, but there is nothing entertaining about purposely losing.

Jerry just cares about money, attention and the bottom line, losing today won't change that. If anything, Jerry would just come up with some bone headed way to bring attention back to his team.

Not in Dallas ! Players play to be popular and make $$$$. Winning is secondary. That also includes the owner

Not when they step between the lines. But, yes, outside the lines brand and marketing take centerstage for many.

You know what I'm saying brother none of these pics are a slam dunk.
And sometimes you get guys in later rounds that turn out really good.
I just feel in the big scheme of things blowing today's game on purpose isn't any big help

Hey it's Thanksgiving and we all could use a little something to cheer for and some good football to watch from our team let's go Cowboys
