When aggression backfires we lose twice. The player sucks and we loss draft picks or the player sucks and we've paid too much.

The Roy Williams trade is looked at as the worse trade in Dallas's history by some. Brandon Carr received a big contract from Dallas come to find out he wasn't totally worth it.

You guys look at the it turned out good for them cases. Yet you ignore the it didn't work out for them cases. Casino's have made millions preying on people with those exact same mental traits. Only remembering the good stories.

Philly had a bit more fire power, but I agree now on day 2 is appropriate time to move on a player if they are within grasp and McClay target.
We cant roster all the picks in hand currently, so just be smart and grab a player or two with xtra 5s to burn now.

This is my opinion every year. 5-7 rounders are usually no better than udfa. Quality over Quantity. Trade all those lower round picks to move up in the 2-4 rounds. Draft blue chip players. And if you must, use 5th round to draft the injured rehabbing blue chipper..like Ojabo
