Need help finding name of song

I know the first one is Journey
Then another morphs into here comes the sun
but I cannot think of the one after it first the guitar plays the main tune but at the very end it is the piano playing it.

I know I know this melody but just cannot place it.

Yes, but I believe he was talking about the last 5 to 6 seconds of the song which does not sound like the ghost song to me

Not "The Ghost Song" I know ! But this is an interesting one. The three remaining Doors members made a soundtrack to Jim Morrison's taped poetry. Not bad!!!
