Need Help with NFL Rule

I noticed that in the NFL Alot of time's a De or OLB will fly by the tackle and right before he gets to the qb the tackle gives him a nudge in the back so he goes behind the qb and misses him. Is this not a block in the back in the NFL? I never see this called, it happened alot to the Cowboys today... espically ware a few times.

I made a comment in the game thread about this. It happened to Ware plenty last night. As soon as he would get a step around the edge, the LT would give him a quick shove in the back that would give Gradowski an extra second to release the ball. It is holding/illegal block in the back but it was never called.
