On your tool bar, use this icon...

and put the URL of the picture in that field and hit enter.

That is the web address of the picture. Right click on the picture and choose properties. Then copy the URL into the field and hit enter.

you can also right click on the image and click "copy image location" and that gives you the url if its not avaliable in the url and a shorter way of hos' second option
