Need Murray

I think we need Murray or a vet runner that can come in and play. With him in the line-up the D has to watch for him all the time. These kids don't have that threat. This O is totally different with Murray in the game. We need him back now!

Your thoughts on our current RB's and what direction we will go? I think the team makes a move for someone.

Murray also seems to be a lot better at getting open for 5 yards when tony is in trouble. We could have used those little dump offs today.

Murray is not what was bothering us today. They took away running lanes and blitzed a lot off the edges.

Once again very vanilla, should have used no huddle to slow their big bodies down

If Murray can't go next week we need to start looking seriously at a RB upgrade ASAP if we want to compete. This O will need to score 30 plus every week just to be close. Plus a good running game keeps there O on the bench - this is too often overlooked.

seems like its one or the other, defense is lights out offense is useless, defense looks lost offense is on fire.. but have we played a game where both are in synch yet?

I am not saying that the D is not to blame for the loss at the end but with a good running game and a real weapon out of the backfield they might not have had any time at the end to embarrass this defense. 80 yards in less than a minute with no time outs. There is no excuse for that. Period.

Randle looks slow with no burst to me. It would have been nice to see some calls to slow their line down - screens, draws, etc…. Very little imagination. When Healthy Murray is a weapon. No doubt and the O suffers when he is on the bench.

We need a running game to keep this sorry D of ours on the bench.

The RB could not release into a pattern because he was helping the O-Line with protection. The Lions didn't need Bush to block our D LIne. Its that simple.

Turner only had three 1,000 yard seasons for his entire career.

Murry is nothing, he will be gone next year. he is a average if a bit below average RB that get hurts all the time
