Ok, so I have an Epson Stylus CX3810 All-in-one printer.

I ran out of ink a couple weeks back and then went and bought a black ink cartridge, i usually don't print anything in color anyways. I go install the cartridge, and the ink red ink light stays on and doesn't print anything, not even a test page.

Now I'm thinking I need all of the ink cartridges (needs yellow, magenta, and cyan), I go but all of those 3 and install them and the red ink light still stays on and it will not print anything.

I tried downloading a utility called SSC Service Utility to reset the ink levels but for some reason is not working either.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I like my all-in-one... Wish I'd got a laser jet instead of an ink jet. Not as much of an issue now that I don't have to pay for copies at my job anymore.
