Need Video Stream Help! Help a Fellow Fan

I currently work for North Texas athletics and I'm the SID for the women's soccer team. The crappy part is they play every Friday and Sunday, but so far this season I've been saved by the 3 p.m. start times. That won't be the case for the next 2 weeks. Is there going to be a reliable stream for this Sunday?
I am debating whether to watch the game in the press box while I am "working" or tape the game at my apartment on my VCR, hope no one tells me the score and then go home to watch it. If anyone can give me a reliable stream that wont buffer a lot or go haywire I would prefer to watch it live. Thanks so much for anyone who responds to this, I'm as diehard as they come and I'm more pumped about this season than ever before after this past week! Help a fellow fan out

there is usually someone streaming it on sopcast on game day. Sopcast isn't always the best quality depending on your connection. There is also a Justin.tv that I have been hearing about but know nothing about.
Hope this helps you a little bit. There are some guys on here who knows alot more. I'm sure someone will post a good link for you.:)
