I'm just trying to get into Witcher 2 now on the PC. The 3rd person view is a bit disconcerting since I'm not really a gamer and most of what I have played is FPS stuff. I hope to get into it.
Loving this ridiculous gaming laptop though. I never truly gamed until I got this beast and now I am having so much fun... Now I have to used to how to play.
I would definitely recommend Grand Theft Auto 5 on PC. Not a PC gamer myself but know of it's superiority in just about all aspects. I just don't think I'm savvy enough to update manually, or keep up with the latest graphic cards, etc. May I ask, do you use a video game like controller or a gaming mouse, etc.? I wasn't a huge fan of Witcher 2, but heard this game has improved on the combat and quest lines (general direction of where to proceed, etc.).
I have one of those XBox controllers that works with Windows. It works with most of my games except for ones with too many buttons to push like Arma 3.
The PC is pretty awesome for high end graphics if your rig is built well enough. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980m graphic card that should last me a good long while before I have to think about upgrading.
I have a PS4, but the only game I play on that is Destiny and I don't know anyone to go on Raids with me so I just tool around on it and do other stuff.
So what is the Witcher about and what would you compare it to? I may get it for PC, but I'm relatively new to PC gaming
