Wow, I don't watch the show, but I had heard that it was going to be Victoria Beckham.

Talk about a 180. Could have had a barbie-doll hottie but ended up with a she-male fugly.

I'd watch the early round auditions from time to time, but with Ellen's nails-on-a-chalkboard personality, there's no way I'll even watch that now.

I predict this is short-lived.

Very unexpected. I pretty regularly watch the show, but it will be a touch strange with Paula gone and Kara staying. We always enjoyed listening to Paula's bizzare comments. I was really hoping they would axe Kara and go back to a three panel show.

Ellen is a naturally funny person. I still won't be watching, but a definite improvement I'd say.

Ellen has a pretty broad base of fans. I think she's funny too, she'll do well.

Stupid decision. She was a guest star on SYTYCD and was lame-jokes were not that funny. It will probably be more of the same. Ellen is a great talk show host, but that does not a judge make.

I would have gone back with 3 judges. AI has been going downhill since Season5.

A turd in a punch bowl is more entertaining than Paula, but these kids need musical advice, not snot rockets of laughter. As annoying as Paula was, she did know music. I think they should stick with 3 judges and just be a beter show without Paula and her goody two shoes look at me I'm high and blathering act.
