First two interview questions:
1) Will you do the job for minimum wage?
2) How compliant are you to my suggestions?

Either of the two favorites will solidify the THEM (Jerry/Coaching and the team's direction) Vrs US (fanbase who want change and see that this is another Jerry Rinse and Repeat).

The sad scenario is, that we have to get worse, before Jerry cedes omnipotent control.....any improvement (from 2024) he'll see as vindication for his decisions.
