New coaches coming from college programs, any concerns?

We have hired several coaches that came from a college football team, does this concern you in any way? I'm ready to see the ideas in which they can bring to this team that we've not had here recently. This will get interesting in a good way!! Please give your thoughts

Still think our head coach is a joke puppet hire though.

I've got a good feeling about this new guy from Boston College, named Shimko.
That's an elite school that hires elite people. Another winner, if anyone asks me!
Schotty may not have a real impressive past, but his choices seem exceptional.

i personally like it. the Pro offense game is becoming more like college every year. why not bring some of the college guys in that know those offenses put them with some NFL salty dogs that know how to run the ball and you might have a potent offense moving forward. Next year will be a learning year but 2026 boy we might have something.
