Retain Al Harris to coach D.B's

Safties and def pass game coordinator......Jim Leonard. One of the bright young names in defensive coaching. Former Rex Ryan soldier. Played and coached for Rex. When Rex leaves in a couple years he takes over as Def Co. Top 5 defenses at Wisconsin multiple times. Ranked No 1 in college football twice if memory serves. IMO Leonard would be a key get for NOW and the future.

Martindale is the only name that would be a tough get as a position coach. But Leonard? I would just about bet that Rex would want to bring him in. Rex demanded to bring him from the Ravens to the jets when he took the New York job to help him install the defense.
