I read that the NFL has changed the date from June 1st to May 12th for Free Agents to no longer count against any comp pick consideration. It is still after the Draft but it allows players more time to learn new systems if picked up.
My question is about June 1st cuts. Did they change the deadline for that as well? Will teams get the salary cap credit for post May 12th cuts on May 13th as well? Any news would be appreciated.
