Yeah i cant really see them picking a Receiver at that spot, unless somehow MW fall to them (or if they really wanted Willamson move down several spots).... 20 pick i could see getting one

Washington just wants the Cowboys to make a draft mistake. No way Dallas takes a WR with the #11 pick (unless MW or Edwards) when they can likely get that WR at #20
