Newberg is known as an expert in baseball minor league prospects.

He has Mauldin as a mid 1st. Other rankings I've seen had him in the 3rd/4th. I did think that he was a bit underrated but not a mid 1st.

The A&M OT blew out his knee.

A couple of players have character issues that probably push them down.

I would almost certainly take Bennett, him and Crawford would make our interior d-line a force to be reckoned with. Add to that a new DE (probably from FA) to go with D-Law, and we might just about complete the rebuilding on the d-line... wouldn't that be something.

Penetrating, quick, relentless DT would be my guess. He does fit the defense, that's for sure.

Bennett is a player that I think the Cowboys may rate higher than the draftnicks.

I thought of Bennet as a 2nd rd mid rd pick.

I know the Cowboys dont draft 1techs in the first but Tampa bay did [back in the day]
