New OBJ / Mara rulings, anyone seen this?

This may be off topic or for the NFL zone, but want to see some insight before it is moved.

Well apparently, though I have not seen it reported. But a friend of mine told me. The NFL [this has Mara all over it] told the refs to be looking at players that will bait Odie into personal conduct penalties, and the opposing player should be called and not Odie.

Just like Mara and his in pocket puppet Goodell to do this.

Ed also reported on this and it was discussed on NFL Insiders.

Yes it is true. It was discussed on Sirius NFL network. Polian was also saying he didn't like the rule at all because players get targeted.
